International virtual conference on the application of ICT in the education of children with special needs called "Virtual Conference on Use of ICT in Special Needs Education (ITF SNE)" was held from 15th to 18th June 2009.

During the conference 8 lectures were held in English, and speakers were educators and professionals who actively use information technology in education and are hereby transferring their experiences to the audience throughout Europe.

The whole event was carried out using Microsoft Live Meeting technology.
The conference was organized by Aquilonis for Microsoft Croatia under the "Partners in Learning" program.
